Ready for your next professional step?

Are you working as a nurse and considering an international move to develop your career, gain stability, and work within a well-structured healthcare system?

Germany is actively looking for qualified nurses and offers long-term employment, clear working conditions, and strong professional support.

Vital4us guides nurses who want to work in Germany in a structured, transparent, and sustainable way — before and after they start.

Your role

You will work as a registered nurse within a German healthcare institution, such as:

  • a hospital
  • an elderly care or nursing home
  • a rehabilitation clinic

Your placement is based on your experience, preferences, and professional goals. We focus on long-term matches, not quick fixes.

What we offer

  • permanent employment contract with a German healthcare provider
  • Gross monthly salary between €3,200 and €4,200, depending on experience and role
  • Full support with diploma recognition (Anerkennung)
  • Guidance and support with German language training, focused on healthcare practice
  • Assistance with housing, administration, and insurance
  • Personal guidance before your start and during your first months on the job

We don’t disappear after your first working day.

What we ask from you

  • A recognized nursing diploma (MBO / HBO or equivalent)
  • Willingness to learn German (or basic German skills already in place)
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Motivation to work in Germany for a minimum of one year

You don’t need to be perfect — you do need to be committed.

How the process works

  1. Introductory conversation – We discuss your background and ambitions
  2. Document and diploma check – We assess recognition requirements
  3. Preparation and language support – Focused on daily healthcare practice
  4. Matching with a healthcare employer – You always have a choice
  5. Start and ongoing support – We stay involved after you begin working

Clear steps. No surprises.

Interested, but not sure yet?

That’s completely normal.

Schedule a non-binding introductory call. We will be honest if this opportunity is — or is not — the right next step for you.
