Your role
You will work as a registered nurse within a German healthcare institution, such as:
- a hospital
- an elderly care or nursing home
- a rehabilitation clinic
Your placement is based on your experience, preferences, and professional goals. We focus on long-term matches, not quick fixes.
What we offer
- A permanent employment contract with a German healthcare provider
- Gross monthly salary between €3,200 and €4,200, depending on experience and role
- Full support with diploma recognition (Anerkennung)
- Guidance and support with German language training, focused on healthcare practice
- Assistance with housing, administration, and insurance
- Personal guidance before your start and during your first months on the job
We don’t disappear after your first working day.
What we ask from you
- A recognized nursing diploma (MBO / HBO or equivalent)
- Willingness to learn German (or basic German skills already in place)
- At least 1 year of nursing experience is preferred, but not mandatory
- Motivation to work in Germany for a minimum of one year
You don’t need to be perfect — you do need to be committed.
How the process works
- Introductory conversation – We discuss your background and ambitions
- Document and diploma check – We assess recognition requirements
- Preparation and language support – Focused on daily healthcare practice
- Matching with a healthcare employer – You always have a choice
- Start and ongoing support – We stay involved after you begin working
Clear steps. No surprises.
Interested, but not sure yet?
That’s completely normal.
